1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Football Eliminator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms apply to all users of the Service.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Promptly update your account information as needed
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. Pool Rules and Fair Play

All users must adhere to our fair play standards:

Pool Participation

  • • Make picks before posted deadlines
  • • Follow specific rules for each pool type
  • • Respect the integrity of the competition
  • • No collusion or coordinated play between accounts

Prohibited Activities

  • • Using automated systems or bots
  • • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
  • • Sharing accounts or login credentials
  • • Manipulating or interfering with the Service
  • • Harassing other users

4. Payments, Coins, and Refunds

Coin Purchases

  • All coin purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
  • Coins are for use within the Service only
  • Unused coins do not expire

Pool Entry Fees

  • Entry fees are collected in coins at the time of joining
  • Once a pool starts, entry fees cannot be refunded
  • If a pool is cancelled before starting, coins will be refunded

Winnings and Payouts

  • Winnings are credited to your wallet as coins
  • Payout rules vary by pool type
  • We reserve the right to verify winners before payouts
  • Suspicious activity may delay or void payouts

5. User Content and Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

  • Post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal purposes

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Football Eliminator, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Football Eliminator or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Service interruptions or errors
  • Actions of other users
  • Third-party service failures

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate our fair play policies
  • Required by law or legal process

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Coins remaining in terminated accounts may be forfeited.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
