General Refund Policy

All coin purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE

This policy exists because:

  • Coins can be used immediately upon purchase
  • Entry into pools is instant and irrevocable
  • Prize pools are calculated based on committed entries
  • Digital goods cannot be "returned" once delivered

Refund Exceptions

Refunds MAY be issued in the following specific circumstances:

Automatic Refund

Pool Cancellation Before Start

If a pool is cancelled before the first game begins, all entry fees for that pool will be automatically refunded as coins to your wallet.

Automatic Refund

NFL Season Cancellation

If the NFL season is cancelled before Week 1 is completed, all entries will receive a full refund in their original payment method.

Case-by-Case

Technical Errors

If a technical error on our platform results in duplicate charges or unauthorized transactions, we will refund the affected amount upon verification.

Investigation Required

Unauthorized Account Use

If your account was accessed without authorization and purchases were made, we will investigate and may issue refunds for verified unauthorized transactions.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Elimination from a pool (losses are part of the game)
  • Forgetting to make picks before deadlines
  • Disagreement with commissioner decisions
  • Personal financial circumstances changing
  • Misunderstanding of pool rules
  • Account suspension due to terms violation
